 Post-Operative Care

 

Your body just went through something significant. Surgery is not only a physical event  it is a disruption to the whole system. Fluid accumulates. Tissue hardens. The lymphatic pathways that govern your body's healing become overwhelmed.

 

This session is designed for clients in active post-operative recovery. Using The Cork Method™  rooted in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage.  I work to reduce swelling, prevent fibrosis, restore circulation, and support the tissue in doing what it was designed to do: heal.

 

But I also work at the level that most post-op therapists never touch. Your body went through something. It is holding the stress of that. In this session I am not only moving fluid, I am reading what your body needs at every level and ministering to it accordingly.

 

This is clinical excellence and consecrated presence in the same room. Your recovery deserves both.

 

Recommended: Begin within 1-2 weeks post-surgery. Series of 5-20 sessions advised for optimal results. Depending on what procedure you had done.

The Cork Method™ Session

90 Minutes  |  $400

 

This is the signature experience. This is where The Cork Method™ operates in its fullest expression.

 

You will arrive carrying something. Everyone does. It may be visible  swelling, pain, inflammation, fatigue. Or it may be invisible grief stored in your tissue, fear that lives in your fascia, the weight of years that your body absorbed when you had no other place to put it.

 

My hands will find all of it.

 

Using advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage as the clinical foundation, this 90-minute session works through the full body with intentional, trauma-informed presence. I enter what I call the secret place the space where clinical skill and prophetic discernment operate together and I work at both levels simultaneously.

 

What you release on this table is not just fluid via your Lymphatic system. It is what the fluid was carrying.

 

You will leave lighter than you arrived. Not just physically. You will leave knowing something you did not know when you walked in.

This is the full experience. Body and face. Clinical and spiritual. The most comprehensive expression of The Cork Method™ available in a single session.

 

The first portion of this immersion addresses the full body through advanced MLD  moving through the lymphatic pathways with trauma-informed intentionality, clearing what has accumulated and what has been stored. I work through each region of the body, reading what is present and ministering to it at every level.

 

The session includes a dedicated Lymphatic Facial Treatment clearing the cervical lymph nodes, reducing facial puffiness and congestion, and restoring the drainage that connects your face to your whole-body lymphatic system. The face holds a great deal. This work releases it.

 

Throughout the full two hours, the session may incorporate breathwork to deepen nervous system regulation, guided dialogue if you need space to process what arises, and the kind of focused presence that most people have never experienced in a therapeutic setting.

The Sculpture Session | 90 Minutes | $400

This session is for the client who is not recovering from surgery and does not have a clinical diagnosis. You simply want to look and feel like the most refined version of yourself. And that is a completely valid reason to be here.

​

The Sculpture Session uses The Cork Method™ to contour the full body through advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage targeting the areas where fluid accumulates, where puffiness settles, where the body holds excess that proper lymphatic stimulation can clear. The result is a visibly sculpted, defined appearance that reflects what your body looks like when it is functioning at its highest level.

This is not a massage. This is not a spa treatment. This is precision lymphatic work performed by a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist who understands the body’s drainage pathways deeply enough to use them as a contouring tool.
